Farewell to 2015 … and a very happy new year 2016!

2015 the year

2015 was a most eventful year here at Bustle & Sew HQ.  Like everyone else we had highs and lows – and for me the worst low was of course Daisy’s illness.  But that has turned into a bit of a high as she’s responded so well to medication and hopefully will be with me for a good few years to come yet!  There was lots more happening as well ….

We moved house – from Devon to our new home here in Somerset.  Although I think they’re still missing the beaches, the Newfies have settled in very well and made lots of new friends (and I have too!).  Lots of cakes have been baked and projects stitched – and in the spring we were lucky enough to be featured in Mollie Makes – we’re very proud of that!  The most exciting event of all though has been the arrival of Rosie and Dan’s new little baby this Christmas.  He’s absolutely adorable and I’m the proudest and most over-excited grandma that ever there was!!

And while all this has been going on we also managed to offer our first kits, put together some new books and also produce twelve issues of the Bustle & Sew Magazine ….

So it’s farewell to 2015 and as the Bustle & Sew ship sails on into the coming year, I’d like to thank you all for your kindness and support over the year, and wish you a …

VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016!!

Congratulations to you all on the birth of Rosie and Dan’s Baby. Being a grandma is just the most wonderful role in life – not so stressful as being ‘the parent’. LOL
Wishing you all the very best for 2016. Long may Daisy respond well to the medication and continue to fill yours and Ben’s lives with her antics.
Looking forward to being allowed to be part of your life and the wonderful patterns you create in 2016.
