It’s always fun to make something pretty from almost next to nothing – at least I think so anyway. I wonder if perhaps I inherited this attitude from my mum who grew up during the war years of make do and mend. Nothing that could be reused was ever wasted in our household, and this is probably the reason my basket of felt and fabric scraps is always overflowing! Still at least I think I was able to put some of them to good use when making these little Christmas tree ornaments.
The skate measures 5” x 3” and the teapot 3” x 4”. Although they’re not hard, they are quite fiddly, so you will need some experience to achieve good results.
