I do hope you enjoy stitching this, the first-ever, Bustle & Sew cross stitch design. I decided to start with something fairly simple, by which I mean a very regular pattern using just four colours forming a simple outline shape. I have used the exact same vintage leaping rabbit image as for my Leaping Rabbit Cushion (pattern also in-store) and it’s interesting to see how different it looks when given this treatment.
The finished rabbit is shown mounted in a 7” hoop. He is stitched using 2 strands of floss on 18 count cream even weave fabric.
