Rosie and I have each taken one of these little trophy heads and hung them on our walls as a warning to Ben, Daisy and Tilly – of what can happen to naughty pups! (They don’t care, they know we’re only joking!).
I’m hoping to add to this series of heads, but am starting off with a little terrier (Arthur) and a golden, or labradoodle (Tilly of course) They are really easy to make, and are shown mounted on 8” hoops. They’re hand stitched for expression and accuracy and it’s really important to take time over your choice of fur fabric as this is an intrinsic part of the final effect.
