January always seems, well to me anyway, such a long dark month – the Christmas festivities are behind us and spring seems a long way off. But winter has its pleasures too, one of which must surely be the joy of snuggling up with a mug of cocoa and a good book – or even better – a new embroidery project – to while away a dark winter afternoon.
This design uses split stitch, satin stitch, broad chain stitch and long and short stitch and is shown mounted in a 6” hoop.
Pattern includes full size templates, floss requirements and full stitching instructions.
