There’s something very satisfying about a basket of produce from your own garden, just like this gardener!
This isn’t a beginner’s pattern, but for those with more experience it’s great fun to stitch as it uses a variety of less common stitches including ghiordes knot stitch, surface darning stitch, basket weave filling stitch, and detached picot stich as well as the more often found split stitch, back stitch and satin stitch. Links to instructions (including video) to work these stitches, full size templates and DMC floss requirements are included in the pattern.
