At this time of the year there aren’t very many flowers left to enjoy in my garden, so I thought it would be fun to stitch a hoop full instead. I’ve chosen cooler shades to reflect the change in season and stitched onto a duck egg blue linen (I love Essex Linen by Robert Kaufmann) that reminds me of sparkling winter skies on a frosty day.
