Twelve Days of Christmas

Apologies for not having posted for a while – my only excuse is that I have been EXTREMELY busy completing and writing up the pattern guide for my long-promised Twelve Days of Christmas flags.  Looking back over my progress photos I can see that I began working on the designs in the middle of March, before choosing from a number of different fabric samples, and finally (towards the end of April) beginning to stitch….

Now they are all finished, and the printed panels are available to purchase in my Etsy shop…!

And I am so pleased with them.  Each flag is about 6″ long and the designs are printed on a really nice quality soft white linen blend fabric.  The twelve flags fit very nicely onto a fat quarter (which is of course a good thing when it comes to choosing backing fabric).

The Twelve Days of Christmas printed panels are now available to purchase in my Etsy shop.  I’ve done my utmost best to keep the price as low as possible as I’m aware of the rising costs of living and the need to watch the pennies.  To this end I’m not including a printed stitching guide, instead a link to download the (very) detailed guide is included with every printed panel purchase.

The price for the fabric printed with the 12 designs (that also includes the printed flag outline to help with cutting and finishing your bunting) is just £20 including postage for UK purchasers and £20 plus postage everywhere else.  (I separated out overseas postage so US tariffs wouldn’t apply to the postage element of the price, again trying to keep costs as low as possible).

I’ll be back next week with more news and stitching goodness (oh, and a free pattern too!) from Bustle & Sew.  Until then .. have a good week!
