I really really hoped I wouldn’t have to write this message, but we’re nearly up to the wire now and there’s no sign that anything is going to change in the next few days.
From Wednesday I will no longer be shipping printed panels to the US
due to the new tariffs being introduced by the end of the month when the de minimis rule is abolished for low-cost imports. This will mean that, as well as a 10% import fee, Bustle & Sew customers in the US will also have to pay an additional flat rate charge of at least $80 on top of the cost of their order for the forseeable future.
I am so sorry to have to suspend US shipping, but I really can’t see any alternative at the present time. I don’t want Bustle & Sew customers to be surprised by the levying of a tariff that is around 4 times the cost of their original purchase. The decision to halt US shipping was a very tough one and I very much hope is that this will only be a temporary pause while everything is sorted out.
Please note the suspension of shipping only applies to US customers, shipping will continue as normal to other countries.
Meanwhile…
I still have a (very) few Wheel of the Year panels in stock on Etsy…

And around 20 Twelve Days of Christmas Printed Panels also in stock on Etsy…
If you’re in the US and want to purchase either of these panels, then please be aware they will no longer be available to you after Wednesday. Other customers will not be affected by this change.
Digital patterns
There is some good news though – luckily digital products are currently unaffected by this change, meaning that those of you who live in the US can continue to receive the Bustle & Sew Magazine and purchase my patterns both from Etsy and the Bustle & Sew website in just the same way as usual.
