Description
Often people seem to think of British garden birds as being dull brown little creatures, but I hope this trio of visitors to our garden proves this isn’t the case at all, indeed the blue tit (far left) is as bright as any parrot I’ve ever seen!
These little birds are all worked in split stitch which makes it nice and easy to achieve a good effect. I’ve mounted mine on vintage wooden cotton reels to display on my windowsill, so it feels like a little garden inside but they’d also look good as patches or as brooches on your favourite casual jacket.
Birds measure between 1 ½ and 2 ½” tall.
Pattern includes full size templates, DMC floss requirements and full instructions with photographs to stitch and assemble your birds.
Please note, this is a digital pattern and you will not receive anything in the post.
