Description
I enjoy small scale embroidery projects, and have always loved combining text and images to tell a story. The text around the edge of this design reads: “Be strong because things will get better…. It may be stormy now, but it never rains forever.”
The waves are worked in stem stitch over a simple applique shape and the colours I’ve used in this design pick up the colours of the tiny Liberty print boat bravely making its way across the stormy seas.
