No, there aren’t really fairy houses at the bottom of my garden – just two little toadstool pincushions posing beautifully for their photoshoot!
Just a few inches high, they’re a great way to use vintage (or even modern!) cotton spools, and would make a lovely gift, or liven up your stall at a craft fair or fete.
You only need the smallest scraps of cotton and felt, a cotton spool, oh and some embroidery floss too.
