Did you know?

Did you know there are now FIVE different ways you can get your copy of Bustle & Sew Magazine?! That’s right…FIVE! I’m sure most of you know about our monthly subscription or have seen the individual issues of the magazine for sale in the shop but I thought I’d tell you a bit about the other ways you can get your copy…

> Monthly Subscription

The price of a monthly subscription is just $5.50 (around £4)  and you’ll get the newest issue of Bustle & Sew Magazine delivered straight to your inbox on the last Thursday of every month. It couldn’t be simpler! And, if at any time you decide the magazine is no longer for you you are free to cancel with no penalties. You’re completely in control of your own subscription! As a thank you for joining you’ll receive our Simply Softies book absolutely FREE!

If you’d like to find out more about our monthly subscription just click HERE.

> Annual Subscription

You can now subscribe to Bustle & Sew Magazine for a whole year (that’s 12 issues) for only $48! (around £35). That’s a huge saving, making each issue just $4 (around £3) AND we’ll also send you one of our Flora the Elephant or Rosie’s Houseplants kits as a thank you for taking out an annual subscription.

If you’d like to find out more about our monthly subscription just click HERE.

> Individual Issues

You can purchase individual issues of the magazine in our store – they’re just $7 each and we’ve also put together magazine bundles so you can get the most for your money!

> Quarterly Subscription on Issuu

For our readers who prefer using Issuu you can now purchase individual issues of the magazine, as well as a quarterly subscription which will save you $8 on the cover price! (almost £6)

> Paper Copies on Amazon UK & US

Lots of our readers have asked about paper copies of the magazine and as we are a very small business (a mother-daughter team!) the only way we can do this is through Amazon. It’s a little bit more expensive than buying our digital issues but at the moment it’s the only way we can offer them. As the magazine now has so much content the templates aren’t included in the paper copy (the file is just too large to upload!) – so you’ll find a link inside so you can print them at home.

Find paper copies here: Amazon UK & Amazon US

In every issue of the magazine you’ll find SIX original Bustle & Sew designs, hints & tips, interviews, recipes, articles and SO much more! We put so much love in to each issue – we really hope you’ll enjoy reading the magazine as much as we enjoy creating it.

Happy stitching!

What kind of embroidery floss is included in your kits? Do you have any recommendations for floss? What kind do you recommend for a 69 year old , haven’t done this since I was little, woman, psychologist still practicing, needing relaxation.
Ha! Hadn’t intended to put it that way.

Hi Terri – I include Anchor and/or DMC floss in my kits and only ever stitch with these two brands. Fantastic you’re getting back to embroidery – I think my best advice would be not to be fobbed off with cheap floss or cheap hoops – or cheap anything really – you simply won’t get good results and I know I’d become very discouraged. Elbessee are my favourite hoops, but I don’t have a favourite background fabric – as long as it’s non-stretchy and (for me) natural fibres – you should be fine. Hope you enjoy yourself!
