BEN’S BIRTHDAY!!!
We have peanut butter and banana dog cake (with more peanut butter and cream cheese frosting) and both Newfies are wearing their pawty bandannas – a gift from Rosie on Daisy’s first bithday. The treats are ready, the afternoon walk is planned and now we’re just waiting for our guests to arrive …

PS I would have liked to have shown you a picture of Ben in his birthday bandanna – but would he co-operate? I think you might already have guessed the answer. Hopefully I’ll be able to take his picture this afternoon while he’s watching very carefully to make sure he receives the largest slice of cake.
