Here are two little Angel Pigs. They are rather round in shape with nice fat tummies and pink button noses. They do not look very ethereal, and I’m not sure their wings would lift them very high from the ground. But they are very cute and totally endearing. The pattern to make them will be included in the December issue of the Bustle & Sew Magazine, along with the Muddle of Bunnies Rabbit Skittles, Rosie & Bear 2012 Journal Cover and more …
And in the meantime I’m offering one lucky blog reader the chance to win an Angel Pig kit. It will contain the pattern, and all the materials needed to make the white pig on the left of the photo except for the stuffing. So you’ll receive felt, ribbon, red gingham and floss plus of course a round pink button for his round pink nose.
To enter, please leave a comment below – and just for fun – it would be lovely to hear about your best Christmas present ever!! (I love reading all the comments).
The giveaway will close on Friday 25th November (very appropriate date) at midnight GMT and the winner (chosen by random selection) will be notified shortly afterwards. I am happy to post overseas.
Oh … and don’t forget – if you haven’t stitched your Advent Calendar, there’s still (just about) time … find the Night Before Christmas Calendar pattern and more seasonal designs too on the Bustle & Sew website.
I love this fab giveaway, these little lovelies are so cute…My best xmas present ever had to be my son who was born two weeks before xmas, holding him on xmas day,had to make it the best ever :)XX Manda XX
These are so cute! I remember as a child growing up in the late seventies /80's I always seemed to get loads of talc! What's that all about?! I do remember being over the moon with a little school desk that my dad had made for me with a lift up lid, which was filled with lots of colouring and activity books, crayons and crafty things. Kept me very busy and I felt very important sitting at my own personal little space! Hayley xx
OOOH , so cute , so unusual ! I want to win !) And my best Christmas present ever was a little teddy bear I got in 62 … I still have it !
I do love those pigs!
My favourite Christmas present as a child was a dolls house that my dad made for me. It was only many, many years later that I found out that he and my uncle were up til 6o'clock on Christmas morning trying to finish it with wallpaper and working lights (how posh!). He even looked surprised when I bounded in to him at 6.30 to show what Santa had brought me. Happy Days xx
I should imagine, stuffed with rice that these cute little pigs would make lovely door stops too!
.. my best christmas present ever? a beautiful basket of home made and decorated jams made by my husband, using blackberries and strawberries hand picked by my two young children 🙂 (and all as a surprise too!) – doesn't sound much but he's a mechanic!!
Becky, from the Isle of Man xx ([email protected])
Ooh I really want a pig! hehe… Its hard to think what my best present was but was probably this amazing craft book by Martha Stewart. Everytime I feel a bit down I just have a flick through and it inspires me to start making something!
My best Xmas present ever, mmm…
Probably a little sewing machine that I got when I was about 8 or 9. It broke within a few weeks, so Father Christmas took it away and got me a train set to replace it! Two presents for the price of one! The sewing machine/train set dichotomy also explains a lot about me.
Love your blog by the way,
Oh wow how adorable and cute they are, I bet I look that by Boxing day!
My best ever Christmas Present was a Sindy Dolls house back in 1981, I adored it and just cried for ages when I saw it was mine on Chrismtas Morning.
Is this a reflection of "when pigs fly". My favorite Christmas present was a dollhouse when I was around 8 or 10ish…my sister got a barn set, she was a bit horsey, I got the dollhouse, we found them and played and played then carefully put them back so that Santa could come with them, and we were as delighted as we were when we found them in our parents closet. I wish I still had that dollhouse, back in the days of metal dollhouses and plastic furniture. Oh to be a kid again. Whoever wins your angel pig, enjoy! We're never too old for stuffed animals or toys.
Best Christmas present?? possibly a 'Deep Purple' LP record (am I showing my age??) from my parents which I adored and they hated – but still let me play it at full volume on Christmas day!!
He is so cute, little piggie with wings, my best christmas ever was last year, my daughter and her children(my grandchildren) came home, they live in Alabama, I like in North carolina, just seening them was ever so great. I miss them so much they wont be here this year, and I will be all alone, but I still have Christmas. thanks
Very sweet! My favorite Christmas gift was a video that my daughter and grandchildren made with 5 generations of our family leading up to my sweet grandbabies. The music was 'The things we give away'. If I want a wonderful happy cry, all I have to do is watch this!!
An Orangutan! Well not an actual one but an adoption. After watching the plight of these poor creatures on TV my husband adopted one for me and we still have him. I was appaled at the treatment these beautiful animals received during clearing of their natural habitat, tied up, frightened and then killed. It was one of the most practical and enjoyable Christmas presents I have ever received knowing I'm doing something to help!
They are so cute. Great Giveaway.
The thing that comes to mind the most is my best Christmas day, which was about 10 years ago in Disneyland, just me and my husband together. You probably had to be there to appreciate this, but it was absolute magic from 8 in the morning till 10 at night!
Love those little pigs! I don't really have a favourite Christmas present. When we were little my parents always gave us the choice between one big present or lots of little presents. I always chose the little presents so I had more to open!
Gosh, these piggies are adorable! I'd love to win one! 🙂
I"m not sure about the best gift _ever_ (memory fails me:) but I do definitely remember the boar softie I bought my son when he was small that grunts when you squeeze him. Love that sound. 🙂
How cute are these little pigs? Way too darling!
My absolute, handsdown, favourite gift was a rag doll I named Cathy.
My Mom made her along with a nightie, dress, 2 pair of bloomers and 2 petticoats. She had black hair that was sported in 2 braids and a wonderful smile.
Those piggies are so cute I would love to win one
My favourite present has to be the sewing machine and material I received when I was 12, it set me off along the crafting road which I am still travelling
I love those pigs! My favourite Christmas present was a beautiful handmade patchwork quilt made by a friend
twannywun at hotmail dot com
How adorable! thanks for such a sweet giveaway. My favorite gift was a trip to see my sister in Florida! thanks!
So darn cute! Best Christmas gift ever was when my husband surprised me with a new little television set for our bedroom. I was getting ready to have our fourth child and he wanted me to be able to feed the baby and watch tv in the wee ours of the morning. So thoughtful and sweet. Thanks for the give away chance.
The best Christmas presents are the ones that are hand made with love!! When my youngest daughter was about 5 or 6 yrs old, she made me a "Santa" at school. It was made from one of those thread cones I think are used on overlockers. I have always treasured it and it has pride of place in my dining room every Christmas. It is well over 30 years old now. 🙂
Those little pigs are just so cute. I best Christmas present was when I was about 7 or 8 and I got a doll's house and a pair of red shoes!
Hi, Cute piggies!! Best Christmas is when Paul and I got engaged 21 years ago!! But, I can aslo recall Christmas with frosty windows with Jack frost patterns on the inside and stockings with an apple and an orange in the toe … and Tunis Cake with marzipan fruit on top.
Love Lesley XX
Lovely pigs. They will make a change from all the little mice I've been producing from your free pattern. My daughter loves them. My best Christmas present was a doll called Buzy Lizzy. She was able to iron, feather dust and hoover and then the next best was Sheena whose hair used to grow out the top of her head when you turned a wheel on her back. Memories of the 1970's!!
wonderful giveaway, these pigs are simply lovely ^^ please, count me in 🙂
My best Christmas present? I got 3. First one I got when I was 9 – it was a big pack of Play-Doh 😀 omg, I was so happy then ^^ Rest of gifts I received from my Beloved One ^^ The goddess pendant 2 years ago and – today 😀 – a sewing machine ^^
I love pigs and certainly believe in Angels. One of my best Christmas present is the birth of my Labradoodle on a 25th Dec 10 years ago. A daily joy to us.
Lovely piggy! Would love to make him 🙂 My best Christmas pressie ever was my first sewing machine which dh bought last year 🙂
I absolutely love your Angel Piggies!!! They're adorable. They'd make a lovely gift for a dear friend who calls herself the Pork Chop Queen.
My best Christmas gift – 1976 Ford Mustang II!!!
Love the pigs! My best Christmas present ever was a pair of earrings my boyfriend picked out.
I would like to make one of these as a gift for a friend who collects pigs! The best Christmas present I ever received was a pair of high heeled sneakers from my husband many years ago. I still have them and there is not a time that I wear them, that I don't receive lots of comments about them. They are really cool, and actually, very comfortable.
I LOVE these pigs! We are absolutely pig-crazy in my house and these little cuties would fit in perfectly.
My best Christmas present was a portrait my daughter painted of my sister who died over 20 years ago. It was very touching.
These are so cute!! My best Christmas present was really not for me ~ It was the year we got our 2 sons 4wheelers ~ the look on their faces when they opened the curtains was priceless!!
This hogfarmer wife would love to win this piggy pattern! Favorite Christmas present would have to be my roller skates that looked like tennis shoes in the 80's!
I absolutely adore these lil piggy's!!! A very special little one would love it as well!! My best Christmas present ever…ummmm, that's hard, but I guess it would be all the Christmas's when our family was together!! I loved having us all together and the gift wrapping taking place in a bedroom..fighting over the tape and scissors, paper, finding the right box, making sure we had batteries(which we forgot most of the time)..aww thanks for making me remember all great times with my family!! Would love to win this!!
What adorable piggies!!
Fave Christmas present? Tough choice. I always do remember "Real Life Baby Thumbelina" when I was 8. Loved her so much.
Thanks for a chance at your giveaway !!
Precious! Love pigs! The tan one I absolutely want!!! Best gift? On Christmas morning,2001,when my boyfriend proposed! My diamond from him is my most precious Christmas gift of all time. It will be 10 years in May we have been married. I have been beyond-blessed! Best wishes! [email protected]
I so love Pigs! Your Angel Pigs make me smile!
My favorite Christmas was in 1968, the year I received a brand new schwin bicycle! The amazement I felt when I saw my big bike next to our small tree, was unforgettable! Wondering how Santa got my bike into our small living room. Such wonderment and surprise!
They are just lovely! Keeping my fingers crossed…
Best present ever: red rocking horse made by my dad when I was 4, but the paint was still wet on Christmas morning, so I had to wait a day to ride it! My daughter enjoyed it as well! Best piggy wishes!
I want an entire tree filled with little angel piggies! Best present ever….having my goofy, handsome, loving creative husband survive colon cancer last year and at Christmas he could finally taste/eat whatever food he wanted. Waking up to him on Christmas morning. No bow or wrapping required. The Best Ever! I think I saw Santa's sleigh pulled by angel piggies down here in North Carolina.
Those pigs are so adorable! My best Christmas present was having a clean mammogram two days before Christmas (and six months after being treated for breast cancer).
Just a quick note to let you know that a link to this post will be placed on CraftCrave today [14 Nov 02:00am GMT]. Thanks, Maria
What adorable little oinkers! My daughter raises pigs for 4-H so I'd love to have this pattern to make her some stuffed piggies.
My best Christmas gift ever was a lap blanket. My mom found some old granny squares that my late grandmother had crocheted, and Mom crocheted them together. It was like getting a gift from both of them even though Grandma had died 10 years earlier.
My best Christmas present ever…my son was born prematurely on Dec. 29th and is now a healthy 31 year old!
My best present ever was one I gave and someday hope to get back: My mother had a quilt top that a lovely lady at our church sewed in the 1960s. I found it in the early 2000s and took it home with me. My mother had tried to quilt it but abandoned the project after completing only a couple of square inches — quilting is not her thing! I dismantled the work Mother had done and repaired and quilted it. Mother was delighted, and so was I!
Love the giveaway. [email protected]
What cute little Angel pig stuffies! Thanks for the chance to win a kit to make one.
My best Christmas gift ever was the star pendant that my husband gave me for Christmas the first Christmas after we met. I wore it every day for years, until one day little baby fingers got caught in the chain and I almost lost it. Now I only wear it on special occasions because I would be so sad if I ever did lose it.

Love these little piggies! I think the best present I gave to my husband and teenage boys was Giants/cowboys tickets on Christmas eve (in the snow). when they got home from the game, I had their favorite dinner made and cookies ready for santa – it was a nice day for a dad and his boys.
I love these little pigs. They remind of the animals my Mom sewed us one Christmas. She sewed a Mister and Mrs. Noah too and my Dad built the ark with a hinged roof and it was on castors. We still have it 40 odd years later. We losst her at the start of the year. I would make these in honor of her.
My daughter loves pigs, she would die if I won this! Favorite gift would actually be an appliance from my husband, my Kitchen Aide Stand Mixer! I love to bake 🙂
I do love those little pigs!!! I would love to enter the giveaway. My favorite Christmas presents are always the ones my kids pick out themselves. I love when my husband takes them shopping to find me little gifts. When they find something "they just know I will love."
Oh I love your angel pigs and I will give your blog give-away a place at my blog and than fingers cross 😉
I hope you can read my English , I have never learn it .
Love from the Netherlands ♥RINI♥
Oh my gosh – these pigs are so stinkin' cute! I'm not much of a sewer but this project totally inspires me and I would love to make them!
awww i adore the little piggies!
My best christmas present was our 1st as a family, was just so special, although my daughter was only 7 months old, she loved ripping the paper off the presents, and played with the boxes more 🙂 way better than anything material 🙂
Ooh I have just stumbled upon your lovely blog. I would love the chance to win please. I am now a follower too! My best Christmas present has to be my sewing machine! My Mum & Dad have brought it for me for this year (and I have it already!!) Sue x
I love reading your blog–and those flying pigs are just too cute! When my children were young and used to ask for something I had no intention of letting them have or do, I'd say, "when pigs fly!" lol Nice to see they actually can, right? Anyway, my favorite Christmas gift was a stuffed toy skunk when I was about 3 or 4. I'd watched the movie, "Bambi" and fallen in love with Flower the Skunk. I knew I wouldn't be allowed to have a real skunk (my first choice for my Christmas gift) so the toy skunk was my 2nd choice–and a very cuddly one.

hi , my daughter fall in love with these pigs, she says that they will help santa claus to give gift
my best memories is the firt christmas with my 3 children and my husband, it was 4 years ago and it was wonderful because it's also the first in our new house
I am LOVIN' these piggies! 🙂 My best Christmas present would have to be "Rushtin". I received him from my (now deceased) uncle when I was 2. I am now 34 and he still has a prized place in my bedroom! (and my heart)

Best wishes from Holland, from Nicoline
Thank you for the chance to win the Angel Pig Kit. The best Christmas gift was back in 2005 when my son and his wife adopted a brand new baby girl. We hope to see them this Christmas if they can make the trip.
My best Christmas present was being a mommy to our daughter, Krisitne, after 13 years of childless Christmases. One of my favorite Christmas songs is "The Best Gift" by Barbra Streisand. The year I had Kristine, I finally got to experience what she sings about in that song and it was the most wonderful Christmas ever!
Thank you for the chance to win this adorable little pig. My favorite Christmas present was when I was able to give money to a friend who had none one year, it made my Christmas!
Your pigs really are very cute. I think the most memorable presents are from your childhood and I remember hankering after a Girl's World and my lovely Nan and Grandad bought me one. I played with it endlessly and I never bring myseld to get rid of it, it's now safely tucked away.
Your pigs are so cute. I'd love to win them. It's hard to pick a best christmas present but i really remember a little keyboard I got as a kid.
Why, these little piggies are just as cute as a button! My favorite Christmas was the year Sis & I got beautiful white leather ice skates with shiny silver blades (she was 13 and I was 11). Dad took us down to the ice rink on Christmas morn as soon as we opened them to help us learn how to skate!

I Love the Angel pigs, I collect Angels and these would be a unique addition to my collection. When I was young my Daddy refinished an antique dresser for me for a Christmas present. Its very special to me and I still have it today.

I was surprised by a stunning pair of Birkenstock shoes last Christmas which made me very happy and comfortable-I like to receive practical gifts, but give whimsical ones!
I love these angel pigs and it would be amazing to win one! My best Christmas present had to be my first dollshouse which my Dad made me when I was 2.
The pigs are soooo cute! One of my favorite christmas's was after I learned about santa & I got to help santa for my little brother!

My best ever Christmas present was the year that my parents had no money so mum made us all a softie bunny – my one had a dress that matched mine!
Those pigs are TOO cute! Very clever! =)
One of my best Christmas gifts was a dollhouse that my Dad made for me, patterned after a house that I lived in as a child in North Carolina. I LOVED that house, my friends, etc., so leaving was really hard. He took a long time to work on it & it was very special. =) Thanks, Dad!
Ok, Brenlynwin is the6ofus at windstream.net. THANKS! =)

Love these little porkers!! Just saw angel pigs in one of my moms craft books last night and have to make some!! My best Christmas present has been my new sewing machine my mom just got me, we are crafting buddies and love all crafty things…sort of an addiction I guess you'd say! At least I have a partner on crime!!

The pigs are sooo cute! My neighbor collects all things pigs so it would be awesome for me to make one for her!
Cute little piggies! My favorite memory is the year my Dad gave me a Cabbage Patch doll. I was already a mom myself, but he wanted me to have that doll. I treasure it as Dad is no longer with us.
LOVE these piggies! A favorite Christmas gift was a bag of root beer barrels sent to us when we lived overseas and the kids missed root beer. So thoughtful!
My "mother in law" collects pigs, and I know that I'd love to get a kit for her this year if I could to make her the little flying pig. They are so cute and cuddly she'd just love them. She has mostly the store bought plushies, and I haven't seen any winged little pig plushies among her collection.
…and this little piggy came to Dora's house:)
This is such a lovely project!!!
My best Christmas gift must have been Newborn Thumbelina, a doll I so wanted!! I have given it away long go but bought a similar ones years later:)
I think the best Christmas present ever is getting to see my children on Christmas. I want to win this pig kit. If I do, I plan on giving it to my twelve year old daughter so she can make one for her one year old sister.
My best Christmas present ever was finding out i was going to get a new grandchild coming the next summer. Can't top that! would love to win this pig kit. thanks.
As a child, my favorite Christmas present was a Barbie dream house! LOL
Such cute angel piggies (>_<) My best Christmas pressie ever was a book made for me by my fiance filled with photos and messages from my family and friends with special letters and messages from them all recounting funny stories and memories of good times we'd shared and telling me what I mean to them. It included letters from my friends from all around the world..the most amazing, wonderful gift ever (^_^)
My best christmas present is to see the happiness of my children.
Love your angel-piggies!!!!
Greetings from germany
Yay for the pigs 😀 It's difficult to say which has been my best Christmas Pressie, I've had so many! I think my favourite in the last few years has been my bread maker. I didn't know you could make so many things in it! Apart from bread and pizza dough, I've had lots of fun making various bread based sweet buns as well as lots of jam 😀
Best flying pigs ever! I have to make some to go with the bacon ornaments on my tree! Will this pattern be in the December issue?
These are so cute! I love them! My best xmas gift ever? It was finally being in Dorset last xmas. My 4th son was still born at full term and it totally turned our life upside down. It's been a very rough few years since his death and my hubby and I have worked so so hard to be able to move to Dorset with our other 3 boys. This place is the only place we have ever felt truly at peace since grief took over and we feel close to our son in heaven. Ces x

What a cute little giveaway! Those pigs are just adorable. My most favourite Christmas gift would be a beautifully designed ring from my husband!
One of my stitching friends collects flying pigs and I know she would love one (or two) of these. Would love to win the pattern to make up for her for Christmas.
OMG! I love flying pigs.
My best Christmas present ever was our son coming home from Iraq.
OMG they are SO cute ♥ I collect Angels and anything with angel wings so they'd be right up my ally. PLEASE enter me in your give away.
My best *present* ever was not a present that could be wrapped in paper or a box. It was the last Christmas my oldest brother was alive (he passed away almost 5 yrs ago) He was very very ill, almost passed away a few days before Christmas of 2006. Mother had just passed away in September 2006 so I *celebrated* the Holidays with brother and sis in law. Brother had been in the hospital for weeks and on Christmas day was allowed to come home and be with sis in law and me. He couldn't eat anything anymore, no solid foods….but on that Christmas day sis in law made his favorite meal. He could only eat a few fork fulls…but he enjoyed it tremendously. I can still see his face when he tasted solid food for the first time in weeks….he SO enjoyed it. That eve he had to be taken back to the hospital..he became too ill again, threw up etc. and just a few weeks later he passed away.
BUT his face was the best *present* ever. I will never forget it in my entire life ♥
Greetings from Marian (and sorry for the long answer)
Such cute little piggies! Would love to make and cherish them! They be such great company! The best Christmas present ever is something I can't conclude! I just consider the best gift to me was a family get together filled with fun and no worries! I do cherish those moments more than that of the presents I receive.
I love your needlework, and would love to make this wee pig!
Thanks for offering it!
My best present actually was the puppy I gave my husband last year for Christmas, which was born on his birthday in Sept. It was a wonderful surprise for a man who never wants presents, and the puppy made the whole holiday magical.
Such a cute little pigs! I would love to win one.
The best present? When I was a girl I was given a recorder. I loved playing it.
Yes please, I would love a patern and a kit! My best Christmas present was a writing desk that my husband had found in an antique shop. It's a small wooden case to set on your lap – exacttly like the Bronte Sisters had and I am very proud to possess such a beauty!
Oh the pig is so adorable! Love it!
It's hard to decide what is my favourite Christmas gift. It may be a little black dress given to me by my boyfriend. I wore it one night for dinner and we got engaged. Now we have been married for 7 years!
It was a sewing machine that my husband and children gave me 2 years ago. The pig is so cute! Please enter me, thanks!

I would love to win this! So cute. The best gift was a camera from my hubby! Thanks, [email protected]
So cute! My sister-in-law is a pig fanatic! This would be the perfect Christmas gift to make for her! Thanks for the giveaway!
What little darlings the Angel Pigs are, I know two little Grandchildren that would fight over it, (maybe I will keep it for myself, thats if I win I mean).
My best present was when I was a child and my Father made me a "Doll's House" it was wonderful, all with lighting etc. And now this Christmas I am in the process of making my Grand daugther one, it's great how time evolves around, isn't it.
I so like the angel pig! I think I am beginning to like pigs just as much as my sister does! Now I am going to check out the rest of your blog. It is my first time here and I like it already!
I adore your Pig Angel,I call my grand daughter my Angel she is an angel. When she was a year and a half years old she fell down my basement steps, they were living with us then and her dad left the door open and she fell and shattered her skull on one side so she had a soft spot for years before they could fix it. That is why she is my Angel. I am sorry I shouldn't rattle on like this. When I was young I got a Mastermind game and I liked it so much I kept it till I moved out on my own then my mom got rid of it. Thank you for this wonderful giveaway and Happy Holiday's to you and yours.
I just love this cute pig! My best Christmas present ever would have to be the laptop I'm using right now. My kids put in together to buy it for me. And the next best one would have to be the kitchen aid my kids also bought me. Seems to me the best ones are the ones my kids worked on together to give me.
i have this weird affection for pigs with wings, dont know why or where it came from! My best (biggest) gift ever was when i was 16. I had been 16 for almost a year now and was driving my moms old beater mail route car. Xmas morning i found a yellow 1970 (same age as me) VW bug. It was not new and was in need of some tlc but… it had a huge red bow on it.
Ooo! Such precious piggies! Would love to make the little white one:) My best Christmas present ever was a Cabbage Patch kid when I was in the first grade.
What a sweet giveaway! This would be just in time for Christmas; would make for my great-nephew who just turned 1 yr old. My best Christmas gift was marrying my husband. We got married a few days before Christmas, and I am so very thank for him! Thanks for this chance to win the Angel Pig.
Oh my gosh! so cute! Pigs are my favorite animals.
my favorite ever christmas present was my first sewing machine.
I would love to win this little piggy! The best Christmas gift I ever got (many years ago) was a jewelry box, with some of my mom's old jewelry in it, when I was about 13 years old. I still have it along with some of the original jewelry. Thanks.
My favorite expression is "When pigs fly," so I would really love to win this kit. I have had so many wonderful Christmas presents that it is hard to choose just one! Probably I would have to say that a card and letter from one of my students was very moving and from the heart. I get it out every year and reread it. 🙂
DIG the pig(s)…. I have a small but well-loved collection of flying pigs and yours are adorable! — BTW…scrolled all the way down to watch you stop-motion bunnies. TOO CUTE!
I'm lucky that Santa Claus never let me down, and Christmas was always a magical morning. I got a My Little Pony sewing machine one year which I absolutely loved – it seems fitting for this prize! Thanks for the chance to win!
I have the perfect family to make an angel pig for. The pig itself has meaning to them and well they need an angel to help bring their children home, adopted from China!
I just love pigs, and the flying pigs are very Cute! My best Christmas present ever would be a Family picture that I receive from my sister. It was a picture of my sister & brother when we were kids. She was the only one that had the original copy. I even cry when I open the Present, because I have been asking for this picture for years.

Although I've always been blessed with a wonderful Christmas, I think my favorite gift was Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy. I wanted them so badly and the first thing I did when I unwrapped them was look for the "I love you" heart…
I love items with pig as I born in the year of pig. I have tatted flying pigs before but not sew one.
I love the jewellery my DH gave me best. Next are the handmade cards my children do.
I once got a handmade felt doll that looks like me from a boy. Who didn't even look like he could stitch. Later I found out it was his mom stitching, but that's so sweet and made me want to learn how to make one.
My mum said I wasn't allowed a Rod Hull Emu hand puppet (they were massive) – but my Grandma surprised me and bought me an orange and black one!
The best gift I ever got was a red polka dot dress. My mother gave me when I was 7. The dress had three layers of ruffles. Her friend made it.I loved the dress. It was a amazing surprise.
would LOVE to win the angel pig kit!!! …. my best Christmas present ever would have to be when I was about 10 years old and I got my first bicycle!!!! I accidentally found it a couple of days before Christmas … and I was so hoping it was for me!!!
What cute pigs!!!!!! Great idea to use them as a door stopper, too. Best Christmastime is watching children and grandchildren being happy.
so cute! Love crafts with felt. My favorite present was from my daughter last year when she was a freshman in college. She used her own money and bought me a book and bookmark. She had put alot of thought into which book to buy…of course, I cried.
The pigs are darling! I collect pigs of all kinds. My best Christmas present was the last time(2005)all 4 of our kids and grandbabies were all home for Christmas at the same time.
Oh, the angel pig is darling, my daughter would love it! Hmm, not sure about my best present, but one I remember and still have is a huge Horsman baby doll I got the year Barbie came out. I wanted a baby, my Mom wanted me to have Barbie, so I got both.
Super Cute Piggies!
My best present was when I was 10. My Mom gave me The Complete Brothers Grimm and The complete Hans Christian Andersen. And then last year she gave me the new annotated editions of both!
I really like the pigs they are so friendly!

The angel pigs are amazing! I absolutely love them! Best christmas gift ever was my engagement ring last Christmas and now we are spending this Christmas married!
Those little pigs are SO cute! My best Christmas memory….when I was 6 and my grand parents got me the doll I asked for…and I was living with them at the time. It was awesome! Baby Catch a Ball was so cute!!
My best Christmas present ever was and is the birth of Christ….I could ask for no better than to have a savior and one who loves me so unconditionally! Thank you and have a great Christmas everyone and good luck everyone!! <3 [[hugs]]
My best Christmas present was 4 years ago.. My husband bought me a sweet little Pomeranain puppy and the little guy was ignored by our Maltese that he decided to attach himself to my hip. I couldn't go anywhere with out him.. and he is still that way.. He is just so cute and he makes me laugh with his antics. If I am sick he won't leave my side.
Love that piggy, too cute for words! Just today when I was able to take a cup of tea into the hospital via a picnic pack my family gave us a few Christmas' ago, I thanked God for this thoughtful gift. That was the first thing that crossed my mind! Thank-you for the opportunity to have your lovely craft gift too it would be a great job helping to bring him to life.
I was searching for a pig pattern this morning, and this one is so cute! I'd absolutely love making this little piggy! My first grandchild is due in the spring, and I want to make him/her a mobile with different colors of pigs. Of course the pigs MUST have wings to be on a mobile!
My best Christmas memories are from when I was a little girl. I remember one year two of my brothers convinced me Santa was on the roof but couldn't come in until I was asleep. I simply could not go to sleep then! That was the last Christmas I remember having with one of those brothers, because he died when I was nine.
they are so cute make a good fund raiser for charity
we don't celebrate christmas I am pagan
I love pigs, probably I resembled one, LOL.
My best christmas is coming, for sure. Thank you for the oportunity to enter the give away, I like your toys!
What a darling Pig! I just came across your blog and am so glad I did!! Just too cute!
My favorite gift was just a few years ago- we had just moved in November to another state. Christmas eve my son surprised us by driving he and my mother up for the holiday!
My best present ever? It was one I didn't actually get, but, the dreaming and the anticipation kept me happy for months. No, I didn't get the pony that I wanted. The big box that I thought held a saddle? It held a globe of the world, which led to many more dreams.
One of my favorite expressions is "when pigs fly" and I have a drawing of a pig with wings over my desk at work. Would love to make them!
AS ALL YOUR PATTERNS..THE ANGEL PIG IS WONDERFUL ! MY OLDER DAUGHTER LOVES PIGS AND I KNOW SHE WOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE THE ANGEL PIGGY WHICH I PLAN TO MAKE FOR HER IF I'D WIN THE KIT…..BEST XMAS PRESENT EVER WAS ANOTHER DAUGHTER BORN ON DEC 7 1971…KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ! CAROL FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE
I just discovered your blog over at Craft Gossip…and I love all that you do! Plus, those piggies are just too adorable. My favorite Christmas gift isn't really about me…I love to sit back and watch the kiddos open their gifts. That's present enough for me!
My best present ever- hard to say, though the 2 pigs given to charity in my name was pretty good. The calendars with favourite 3 yr old in was cool too.
Love your pigs if I don't win I'll buy the kit, one for me and one for 12 yr old niece.
I was directed to your site via another – and have spent the last hour browsing! Awesome and inspirational! I love the piggies; all the family collect piggies for a SIL who insists "NO MORE"! and she loves and displays every one! My favorite Christmas gift was the one I received was when I was 14, over 40 years ago: my mother was able to come home from cancer radiation treatment. In those days only the very big cities offered treatment, and she had been over 300 miles away for 6 months. She unfortunately did not survive her cancer, but Christmas brings back the memories and feelings of her surprise return.
These are so cute, please enter me ^_^
My favourite christmas present this year was probably a shiny new pair of fiskar sewing scissors, cutting with them is a dream!
